I am addicted to Flamin Hot Cheetos, goat cheese, rainbow sherbet, and hummus. I want to meet Paul Farmer. I can't touch library books because they smell. I have a tattoo of the tree of life on my back. I have a problem with picking at my nails when I'm nervous, stressed out, or bored. I am irrationally proud of being from California. One of my main goals in life is to be a good person. And finally, please don't ask for medical advice, especially if it involves any sort of discharge.

Triple Baby Shower

Yesterday we went to a Triple Baby Shower. Not for triplets. But for three of my classmates who are either pregnant or have wives who are pregnant. It was hosted by the one other classmate who has a baby, out in the suburbs. I was a little disappointed that we ran out of time to play with bean bags (ha) but otherwise, it was fantastic. They have a backyard, with grass and a gazebo, and we all passed around the baby who by the way, is the BEST BABY I have ever met. He only cried once during the entire evening and it was because he was pooping! lol

Today we went to brunch at Pannenkoeken, which I've been wanting to try for a looong time. It was well worth the trek up there! I had the chocolate and banana pancakes and they were so yum. The pancake was fluffy and just a little thicker than a crepe. The whipped cream melted slowly and made the pancake even moister, just the perfect combination to go with the chocolate and banana! mmmmmmmmmmmmm.

This is my last week at the affiliate hospital, working in the "ER." I would be relieved except that I'm going into the intensive care unit at the end of the week... and the last time I was there, I almost died of exhaustion and emotional wreckage. I'm sooo not looking forward to it. :(
