The Life of an Egg

I am addicted to Flamin Hot Cheetos, goat cheese, rainbow sherbet, and hummus. I want to meet Paul Farmer. I can't touch library books because they smell. I have a tattoo of the tree of life on my back. I have a problem with picking at my nails when I'm nervous, stressed out, or bored. I am irrationally proud of being from California. One of my main goals in life is to be a good person. And finally, please don't ask for medical advice, especially if it involves any sort of discharge.

Second Look

I went to The Bongo Room on Sunday for the second time. I figured that at 1:30pm, brunch would be almost over and we wouldn't have to wait too long. WRONG! The wait was quoted to us as being 45 minutes! That place is ridiculous in its popularity. But it's REALLY good.

I had the crab eggs benedict... mmm. The poached eggs were beautiful and fluffy and cooked so that the yolk oozes at just the right consistency. The potatoes were delicious too, unlike at HB, The Hearty Boys. I think The Bongo Room is one of my favorite brunch places, tied with M. Henry.
