sleep

for the past few days, i haven't been able to sleep very well even though i'm exhausted. i'm too preoccupied about things. i worry that i'm not doing a good job. or that i messed up on something for a patient.

and then... i just realized that i DID mess up and ordered an MRI without contrast when i KNEW it was to have contrast to evaluate for an abscess... and now it's going to be a big huge deal because the patient needed anesthesia. sigh. tomorrow's going to be bad.
